Finding help – praying or help – & finally getting is a Wonderful Thing.

At least in the beginning. And that is where I am at with The Inferno (kitchen) situation.

Every morning, for three months, I prayed that my situation would change in The Kitchen. I don’t think I prayed for help. I prayed The Executive Director of the Sober Living House I was residing in would be ni a good mood.

She was very rarely in a “Good” mood.

She was difficult.

But she great.

I admit to working better with someone in a kitchen environment. It’s also more intimate. Better & fun. In a kitchen, ideas can be tossed around… music can be played.

Things be better with a Significant other.

I know I write a good deal about cooking.

Tonight, though, I am going to a restaurant – A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT!!!
